HP buys pseudo thin-client maker Neoware

So, HP buys thin-client maker Neoware...

But, is Neoware really making thin-clients?

Should a thin-client:

-have a quite powerful CPU (VIA)?
-be upgradable (Flash/RAM)?
-have the need of remote system management tools?
-be able to receive streaming software (talk about security risks!)
-require 35W of power?
-run Linux or Windows CE/XPE/XPE Plus?

That's no thin-client in my opinion, that's a low performing PC.
